For me, it’s not the burpee that delays the start of the daily challenge. It’s the plank. Sure the burpees are brutal, but I’m moving, changing, bouncing. As I’ve said before, I’m completely uncoordinated. Burpees and jumping jacks require concentration or I’ll do it wrong. However, the plank requires being still, focus and balance.
Focus. Balance. Be Still. I think we can apply this to all aspects of our lives today and the next few days, don’t you?

- 22 Burpees
- 110 Second Plank hold
