Day 12 3D LILA AFC: No-Skip Tuesday

So you’re in a sugar/booze coma. You’ll feel so much better after you complete the AFC! Mind you, a nap in the grass sounds awfully nice too.

No, no, NO. We can do this. It’s no-skip Tuesday!

  • 12 Jumping Jacks
  • 12 Push Ups
  • 12 Sit-ups
  • 12 Burpees
  • 60 Second Plank hold
