Day 10 3D LILA AFC: Part of My Daily Routine

How many times do you have to do something to make it a habit? I’m saying it’s ten. This fitness challenge is now part of my daily routine. And isn’t 10 a nice round number? I feel like a set is complete at 10.

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 50 Second Plank hold
