How many times do you have to do something to make it a habit? I’m saying it’s ten. This fitness challenge is now part of my daily routine. And isn’t 10 a nice round number? I feel like a set is complete at 10.

- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Sit-ups
- 10 Burpees
- 50 Second Plank hold
