OK, I’m starting to sweat. For those of you who are burpee lovers, good for you. Well done you.
For the normal people in the room, I have a suggestion to help you through the agony. Do them at the bottom of stairs – just put your hands on the bottom (or 2nd) step and voila! Much more doable.
- 8 Jumping Jacks
- 8 Push Ups
- 8 Sit-ups
- 8 Burpees
- 40 Second Plank hold
