Day 5 3D LILA AFC: Wobbly Day

Is that plank starting to make you wobble a bit? If so, remember this is a no-judgment zone. Break it up into smaller times if you like.

  • 5 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 5 Sit-ups
  • 5 Burpees
  • 25 Second Plank hold
