Day 2 – 3D LILA Advent Fitness Challenge

Day 1 wasn’t so bad was it? Now we’re on to day 2.

  • 2 Jumping Jacks
  • 2 Sit Ups
  • 2 Push Ups
  • 2 Burpees
    • Check out the picture for how to do one
    • There is an argument for skipping the push-up. That’s your call.
  • 10 Second Plank Hold

And you’re done!
